Weddings by Janet Dunn

"She truly took the time to understand us, and to make sure our ceremony reflected our union.
Needless to say, she comes highly recommended by my new husband and I!"  - Samantha
Words Matter
I, Janet became a certified Life-Cycle Celebrant in 2015 through the Celebrant Foundation and Institute. I focus on a wide spectrum of ceremonies especially weddings. I have officiated hundreds of weddings and no two are ever the same.

I design the ceremony, run the rehearsal, officiate the ceremony, and solemnize the marriage (signing and returning the marriage license). I will be your guide and together we will weave a perfect ceremony for the two of you.

A wedding needs to reflect your special relationship and keep your guests engaged and excited.

A wedding is one of the most important rites of passage of your lifetime.

It is my intention to create a ceremony that is about the two of you.

It holds the elements of love, remembrance, readings, your love story, rituals, vows, and blessings. This ceremony can be rather traditional, non-traditional and even out of the box. It is your ceremony and together we create what you feel comfortable and happy with.

Consider taking time to understand and improve yourself through self-work and relationship coaching.  This work can bring a strong and healthy you to the relationship. The coaching process works on your communication skills, your insights, your goals, boundaries and helps bring more clarity into your marriage. These skills are some of what it takes to make your bond healthy, loving and long-lasting. I really suggest you find a relationship coach, life coach, or counselor even before the big "I DO'S!"

Janet is a certified life and relationship coach. She has been practicing coaching for the last decade and has found it to be rewarding to both the couple and herself.

Whether the wedding ceremony takes place in the old repurposed barns, at the beginning of a trailhead, in the meadow, at the top of a mountain, an inn, in the woods or a fancy country club, and/ or in your backyard t
hey are all special and sacred.
I love those DESTINATION weddings.

Getting a bit tense about it all, I teach meditation, relaxation, and yoga the morning of the ceremony.
